"Balance is not something you find, it is something you create" (Jana Kingsford)
Growing up on a farm I have always been involved in sports. I developed a passion for the health and fitness industry through my chosen sport and was naturally drawn to Chiropractic and learning more about the way the body functions.
I completed my first year health science course in Dunedin where I then went on to study at the New Zealand College of chiropractic in Auckland. I graduated in 2019 with the John Nolan diagnostic imaging award. Since then I have practised in Whangarei and Timaru before opening Symmetry Chiropractic in July 2022. My inspiration for opening the practice comes from my belief that life is all about balance and helping others find that right balance.
Here at Symmetry Chiropractic we provide care for the whole family. I am particularly passionate about chiropractic care for children and babies as well as getting back to my roots and caring for animals.
I love being a part of the North Canterbury community and making a positive change in your health!

Chiropractor
Growing up in the Waitakere region, I have always been passionate about staying active, whether it’s weightlifting at the gym or surfing on the West Coast beaches. My love for movement and wellness naturally drew me to chiropractic, where I could combine my interests in health and helping others.
I began my chiropractic journey with a foundation in health sciences and went on to complete my studies at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland. I am proud to now be serving the community at Symmetry Chiropractic, helping people live healthier, more balanced lives.
Here at Symmetry Chiropractic, I provide care for individuals of all ages, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of every patient. I’m passionate about helping families, older adults, and everyone in between achieve their health goals.

I am a bubbly, friendly, outgoing person who loves putting a smile on everybody’s face. I like to challenge myself and continuously learn new things because in life I believe we are constantly learning.
With over 11 year’s experience working with customers, my passion for customer service and engagement originates from previous employment at Rangiora Dry-cleaners. I thoroughly enjoy interacting and connecting with customers on a daily basis, in person or over the phone. Growing up locally I studied at Kaiapoi High School and North Canterbury Community College, most recently completing my First Aid Certificate.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends especially my lovely Chihuahua (Peaches), being outdoors in nature whether it’s a hike with a view or more simply relaxing at the beach, reading, gardening and learning Te Reo Māori.
I look forward to meeting you all at Symmetry Chiropractic!
